Caché Campus Program Description
Technical Support from the Worldwide Response Center
The Caché Campus program participant is entitled to the ordinary technical support that is provided to standard license holders from the Worldwide Response Center (WRC).
Technical support from InterSystems is provided around the clock, seven days every week by telephone access that available everywhere around the world. This technical support is available in many different languages from the WRC.
As an optional method for using the services of the WRC, a Caché Campus participant may register to use our web based interface to log and monitor the progress of technical support activities.
